Nestled right off the shore-with access to a pool, hot tub, fitness center, sauna, and steam room-and within walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores, this condo is perfectly situated for fun in the sun.
 
This condo is fully outfitted to make your stay comfortable and convenient. The kitchen is ready for your culinary endeavors, with a full complement of cookware, coffee maker and dishwasher. The entire unit has been recently renovated and tastefully furnished. The living room sofa is beautiful white leather and is a sleeper sofa for the occasional guest. A large screen tv with cable service and high speed wi-fi will help pass the time when you're not enjoying the beach or area attractions.
 
The bedroom is comfortably outfitted with a queen bed with memory foam mattress, plenty of closet space and another tv. The bathroom has been recently renovated with a fully tiled, walk-in shower.
 
The Madeira Beach Yacht Club is a gated, waterfront complex and within a very short walk to the beach, a grocery store and multiple restaurants. We have our own grill available for your use, located right along the waterfront. There is so much to do and see in the area, we are sure you are going to love your visit.
 
We have beach towels, coolers and other beach items available for you to use during your stay. We are local residents.
